Dear Families of Exeter Students,
We are now accepting technology insurance payments for student devices in grades 1-12. If you had insurance last year, it will expire on September 30th.
TECHNOLOGY INSURANCE INFORMATION
Because of the requirement to have a Chromebook or iPad, the school board developed a policy that does not require families to pay any additional costs. However, the district offers an optional low-cost insurance policy that we strongly encourage.
Families can select one of the options below:
Option 1: No insurance.
- First incident - Responsible for the cost of repair up to $50
- Second incident - Cost of repair up to $100
- Third incident - Cost of repair or replacement not to exceed $275
Option 2: Insurance $10 per year (September to September)
- $0 deductible that covers up to two incidents per year
- Additional incidents will be assessed at the value of the repair
If you plan on purchasing insurance, we ask that you submit payment prior to the end of the day on September 30, 2026. Payment can be made online using ParentSquare or you can also pay by a check made out to Exeter Township School District. Please include the name(s) of your students if submitting a check.
